Topup+ Terms of Use

Purpose#

These terms govern the use of Topup+ by distributors and, to the extent applicable, by the end users of their services.

Scope#

These terms apply to anyone creating a distributor account on Topup+ or using the platform to offer top-up, subscription or payment services.

Definitions#

• Account: a distributor's personal space on Topup+, used to manage their operations and commissions.
• Commission: compensation earned by the distributor for operations carried out through the platform.

Principles#

Topup+ provides distributors with a top-up, decoder and subscription management, and mobile payment platform, subject to the terms described below.

Rules and commitments#

Account creation and management#

Creating a distributor account requires providing accurate identification information. The distributor is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and for any activity carried out from their account.

Operations and payments#

Top-up and payment operations are processed through the channels available on the platform, notably Orange Money and MTN MoMo. The distributor agrees to verify the accuracy of the information entered before confirming each operation.

Commissions#

Commissions are calculated according to the schedules in force communicated to the distributor. IMEDIATIS TECHLAB SARL may change these schedules after prior notice to the distributors concerned.

Distributor responsibilities#

The distributor agrees to:

• use the platform in accordance with the law and these terms;
• verify the identity and information of their own customers to the extent required by the relevant service;
• not use Topup+ for fraudulent or diverted purposes;
• promptly report any anomaly or unauthorized access to their account.

Support#

IMEDIATIS TECHLAB SARL provides distributors with a support channel for any question regarding the use of the platform.

Account suspension or closure#

IMEDIATIS TECHLAB SARL may suspend or close a distributor account in the event of non-compliance with these terms, proven or suspected fraud, or a legitimate request from competent authorities.

Responsibilities#

IMEDIATIS TECHLAB SARL is responsible for the availability and proper functioning of the Topup+ platform, within the limits of these terms. The distributor is responsible for their use of the platform with respect to their own customers.

Exceptions#

These terms do not cover the contractual terms specific to payment operators (Orange Money, MTN MoMo), which apply in addition.
