Purpose#

Principles#

IMEDIATIS TECHLAB SARL views the development of its employees' skills as an ongoing investment, supporting both the quality of deliverables and each person's professional growth.

Rules and commitments#

• provide progressive support and mentoring, particularly for new employees;
• encourage knowledge sharing between teams;
• support participation in training and skills-development activities;
• take professional aspirations into account in discussions with the relevant manager;
• recognize skills progression in changes of responsibility.

Responsibilities#

Each team manager supports the development of their employees. General management and the HR team define the overall framework of this policy.

Exceptions#

The specific arrangements for support may vary depending on the role, level of experience and project needs.
