Purpose#

This code of conduct presents the professional behavior expected of anyone acting on behalf of IMEDIATIS TECHLAB SARL, as well as the principles governing its relationships with partners.

Scope#

This code applies to employees, interns, contractors and partners of IMEDIATIS TECHLAB SARL in connection with their activities related to the company.

• comply with the laws and regulations applicable to the company's activities;
• make responsible use of the resources and tools made available.

Responsibilities#

Each employee and partner is responsible for complying with this code in the course of their activities. General management and the HR team ensure it is communicated and its application monitored.

Exceptions#

Internal disciplinary procedures applicable in the event of a breach of this code are governed by the company's internal policies and are not published on this site.
