Purpose
This policy presents the work organization applicable within IMEDIATIS TECHLAB SARL and the principles underlying it.
Scope
This policy applies to employees, interns and contractors embedded in the teams of IMEDIATIS TECHLAB SARL.
Definitions
- Hybrid work: an organization combining presence at the company's offices with remote work.
- Relevant manager: the employee's direct manager, responsible for defining the concrete arrangements for on-site presence.
Principles
At IMEDIATIS, we follow a hybrid work model adapted to each employee's responsibilities and to project requirements.
Teams meet regularly at our offices for product design sessions, technical reviews, project coordination, training, and activities that require direct collaboration. Remote work may be authorized when the role, operational constraints, and security requirements allow it.
Our way of working is based on trust, accountability, availability, quality of delivery, and respect for collective commitments. Each employee is given an environment that supports focus, knowledge sharing, mentoring, and progressive skills development.
Rules and commitments
- on-site arrangements are agreed with the relevant manager and may evolve according to the role, level of autonomy, client requirements, and project phase;
- benefits associated with this organization include flexible working hours, a collaborative workspace and remote-work options, to the extent they genuinely apply to the role concerned;
- any lasting change to presence arrangements is communicated by the relevant manager.
Responsibilities
- general management defines the overall framework for the hybrid organization;
- each team manager adapts this framework to the needs of their team and projects;
- each employee complies with the arrangements agreed with their manager.
Exceptions
Certain roles or assignments may require more sustained on-site presence, particularly for security, confidentiality or operational coordination reasons. Such exceptions are specified directly by the relevant manager.
Rights or reporting
Any question about the application of this policy may be addressed to the relevant manager or to general management.
