This policy presents IMEDIATIS TECHLAB SARL's commitments to social and community impact, consistent with its mission to build technology solutions in Africa that address real-world challenges.

This policy concerns IMEDIATIS TECHLAB SARL's actions and commitments toward the communities in which it operates.

Definitions#

• Social impact: the positive effect of a company's activities on society, beyond its economic performance alone.

Principles#

IMEDIATIS TECHLAB SARL designs its products to address concrete challenges faced by businesses, institutions and individuals in Cameroon and across Africa, relying on business software, artificial intelligence and advanced information technology.

Rules and commitments#

• design products that are accessible and adapted to local realities and connectivity constraints;
• support the digital upskilling of local teams and partners;
• favor, where possible, the recruitment and training of local talent;
• contribute, through its products, to modernizing the services provided to the distributors, schools, businesses and employers it serves;
• act transparently in its community commitments.

Responsibilities#

The general management of IMEDIATIS TECHLAB SARL sets the company's social-impact priorities and reports on the actions undertaken.
